Here something pretty frustrating. Of course mapblast won't work for me becuase it is a driving map. I've searched a few other maps and tried to measure the distance to at least Kingston, Pa. I keep getting an error message that Castries, St. Lucia is not contained in the map databases. *laughter* This place is not that remote. It may not be a popular tourist destination, but it is not that remote! *laughter*
You know Lee, I would love to be able to walk down Maple Ave. and hear nothing but the crunch of leaves underneath my feet. Inhale the crisp fall air. Feel the cool air nip my nose and cheeks. Yes, fall in PA. There's nothing like it is there. Rose and I spent many a night walking around the school talking about everything and nothing in the fall air. The picture is breathtaking Lee. I would love to see, feel and play snow. I've seen snow 3 times in the past 10 years. I would love to be able to go to the Dallas CC and toboggan down the snow covered green. Or ice skate on Harvey's Lake.
Then, just as everyone would get sick of snow, spring would come. The valley would bloom back to life again. And of course Spring meant the Glee Club Concert. And dont forget the less attended band concert. *laughter*
