Adding images is easy too.   However, if you intend to include a picture, I'd suggest you trim it down to about 400 pixels in width and certainly no more than 600 pixels.  Otherwise it will run off  the page and take up too much space.  Raw images from digital cameras will be too large for a web image.  Most digital cameras come with software that helps you resize the images.  If you don't have any software for photos, the Picasa photo organization/editing tool from Google is a free download will allow you to save a copy of your image at any resolution.  While in Picasa, just tell it you want to export the image to a folder (File->Export Picture to Folder) and select 'resize' to about 400 pixels.  This will create a new image with the same name in the My Pictures/Picasa Exports folder.  Picasa  has a lot of other cool features too numerous to mention here, but I highly recommend it.

There is a photo icon in the composing window that allows you to upload the photo from your computer and it will automatically store it on our website.
