This samba-client package enables you to mount samba filesystems
or Windows shares to your DEC.   For instance, you can mount another 
DEC to your DEC.  This is convenient for copying files between them.

To install:

 * Put the samba-client.tgz tarball in /tmp
 * cd /tmp
 * tar xzvf samba-client.tgz
 * As root, run: samba-client.INSTALL

To use:

A mountdec convenience script was installed in /usr/local/bin.
You can use it mount another DEC to your DEC.  It takes two
parameters: 

  1. IP address
  2. import or export

Examples:
    mountdec 15.10.175.90 import
    mountdec 15.10.175.90 export

After running mountdec, you can access the files in /mnt/import
or /mnt/export.

If you want to mount other shares, you'll have to use mount
or smbmount directly.
