Factory Mods from December 2002 for fixing the SWR problem
Below are images taken by Bill Shelton, KA7BTA, of a modification done to his radio by the Yaesu factory in December 2002. You can see there is an extra foil shield on a relay along with some foil covering the filter boards. The jumper from the V/U coax on the LPF board is not installed any more but two other coax connectors are soldered to the shield over the filter boards. Click on any image to get a larger view of it.
