Comment: Thanks for providing the infor about the HP dc3000, it is extremely useful. Today, I bought a "refurbished" one for $80. (Canadian) at Future Shop and added a 3 year over-the-counter replacement warranty for $25 (Cdn). If the dc300 stops working, and there are no dc3000 available, I get an immediate replacement with the newest model.

Comment: I have been making Victory Pig Pizza for years the recipe that you posted is missing alot of the correct items. For instance your recipe uses only canned tomatoes when Victory Pigs Sauce is actualy 4 cans of diffrent types of tomatoes and sauces blended. Cheese is a verson of cheddar and sliced thin. The dough is actual made with a diffrent type of yeast than what you are using. All I can tell you is that Pizza Loven and victory Pig Pizza is made the same way except the sauce has added ingredients and its cooked in a hard to fing pizza pan. Vegetable oil is the oil they use. I know for a fact that you can order the pans from Orlando Foods in scranton. I have this down pat and have it all set up for franchises to spread over the country but looking for backers. Someday you may be able to get it in every state.

Comment: The oven is at 475 and a gas oven. You dont turn the dough to bake it you use special baking pans and enough oil so that it will not stick to the pan. The sauce has 3 types of tomatoes you are close. Peanut oil is used because of the high frying temp. If a pizza oven heated to 1000 degrees the user would be chard and they could never touch the pan.

Comment: Just surfin' through! Judging by all the Victory Pig comments, I guess I'm not the only devotee shorn by miles away from his love! Grew up in Kingston, just down-da-line from VP. Ate there all the time as a kid. Best pizza in the world!! Lived in New England all my adult life, and so make sure I pop in to gorge on some Pig Pizza everytime we visit. Here's a bit of trivia: My dad built and installed the Formica serving counter in the dining room back in the 60's. I enjoyed reading all your comments....and now....Just surfin' on out.............
