Biography: I graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania which is where I met my lovely wife Patty.  I completed law school at Temple University and began practicing law at the firm of Hourigan, Kluger, Spohrer, and Quinn in Wilkes-Barre in 1984.  I later opened my own law practice which is located at 340 Market Street in Kingston.
